2. All items pictured are brand new and in good condition.
3. Colour of product may vary slightly due to lighting and camera setting.
4. Item(s) will be sold on a first come first served basis. Reservations will only be limited to 48 hours, pending which, item(s) will be release to the next interested buyer.
5. No price haggling or refunds will be entertained. All measures will be taken to ensure the pictures and description of items to be as precise as possible.
6. Items sold are not exhangeable and returnable except certain unforeseen circumstances or agreed by MyKidzShop.
( All items are checked thoroughly prior to shipping to customers.*If any damage was found upon receiving of the item(s), it is recommended that photos to be taken on the damaged item(s) for claim filing purpose to the courier service provider.
7. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once handed over to Poslaju Malaysia. We will, of course, package the items properly.
8. All monetary transactions can be completed via Mayban, Standard Chartered Bank or PayPal. Please email me the proof of transaction after it is done.
9. Shipping will be done within 3 working days (excluding weekend and public holiday) of confirmed payment and delivered based on the shipping method selected. Please check more on Shipping and Charges.
10. COD (cash on delivery) is possible with 50% downpayment and at a mutually agreed pre-arranged location only.
11. We reserve the right to add to, or change any of the above T&C at any given time.
